The Gobo Plate Media Mount from Matthews is a handy, intuitive grip tool designed to quickly and safely mount monitors onto C-stands with industry-standard 2.5" grip heads. The plate fits 75 and 100mm VESA mounts, and it also has two slots at the hinge end that fit red hook-and-loop straps for cable management and organization.
